Jennifer Silverness, MSEd, LPCC, LADC
Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor and addiction counselor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and grow in resilience. As the founder of Pioneer Recovery Center, she has guided hundreds of people through transformative change. Jennifer brings her training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting, EMDR, Nonviolent Communication, and trauma-informed care to create safe, practical, and inspiring experiences.


Nathan Ward
Nathan is a skilled facilitator and coach with a passion for helping people rediscover their strengths and connect with others in meaningful ways. With training in Gottman’s “7 Principles for Making Marriage Work”, group facilitation, and personal development coaching, Nathan combines humor, insight, and deep listening to make each workshop engaging and accessible.


Together, Jennifer and Nathan blend professional expertise with real-life relational experience — offering retreats that are grounded, compassionate, and results-oriented.
